How to fix Halo chat:
Step 1:
Go to your halo’s program files, then look for a program by the name of msxmlenu.msi if you can’t find it or are just too lazy (dats me) use the download link below.
Download from here: www.mediafire.com/download/q7dzm77g4t8n0mv/msxmlenu.msi
Then click download.
Step 2:
Run the installer.
This should fix not being able to see ingame text.
