Hey there Lovelies!
Well here's another thing you guys can use for SCREENSHOTS whenever you want to REPORT a Problem Player into the Forum. I personally think it's a lot EASIER to use than the X-FIRE one. Plus the X-FIRE screenshots aren't that reliable e____e I get the whole 'failed to upload' thing sometimes and the screenshots I took/uploaded won't even come up or save.
This allows for screenshots and videos. Just make sure you have it open if you want to use the functions.
¤ STEP 1
• Google search "Fraps" (or whatever search engine you prefer to use)
• Download Fraps
¤ Step 2~ Setting up Fraps
You have Fraps open right? Good! Here we go heeheeh
• Now Click on the Screenshots tab... Don't be afraid it won't bite, just click on it...
• And ever so gently assign your Screen Capture Hot Key. As you can see I have mine set to F3. It's just easier for me to press that instead of F9 or whatevers
MOVING ON!!
¤ STEP 3~ Taking the Screenshots
• You are now ready to take Screenshots using Fraps. Have Fraps open for as long as you play Halo.
• Press your magical Screen Capture Hot Key whenever you want to take a screenshot, and then poof! That little wonderful screenshot of yours should be saved in the Folder you've assigned to save your screenies in
¤ You may edit the Folder you wish to assign whenever you want, the Default works well too.
¤ STEP 5.. Owait... STEP 4~ Posting your Screeny
You can use Tiny Pic at tinypic.com[/size]
- Other options include Imageshack (at imageshack.us) or flickr
• Click on the Browse for File option and then Click on the Upload button.
- Go through the short commercial and then wait for it to upload
• NOW... Click on the Link under the IMG Code for Forums and Message Boards AND THEN Copy and Paste that Link into your post
Here's an example of having the IMG Code copied and pasted (or copied and PASTA.. eheheh... no? okay... )
